1. What material are your products made of?
Our Outdoor Playground Equipment and Outdoor Fitness Equipment are made of galvanized steel Φ114mm/Φ48mm/38mm/32mm*2.5mm/2.0mm and painted with non-toxic electrostatic paint, free of lead and cadmium, 100% safe for health and the environment, All the fasteners are made of stainless steel and the plastic parts are made of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE).
2. What's your payment term ?
Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.
3. What is the expected useful life of your products and what type of maintenance do you require?
The useful life of our products is calculated in at least 5 years. The maintenance they require is minimal: it is recommended to check bimonthly that all parts are tight and that no piece of hardware is needed.
4. What guarantee do you offer?
Our products have a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not apply in cases of vandalism.
5. Do you make custom projects / can I choose colors or accessories?
Yes, thanks to our modular system we offer customized projects both in color and accessories, whether we base ourselves on an existing model or design one from scratch, we will always have the perfect solution.
